  • Action
Taking action to develop and use necessary skills in a well defined and continuing programme directly tied to organisational objectives
  • Evaluation
Evaluating on a continual basis the qualititive and quantitative outcomes of training and development for individuals’ progress towards goals, the value achieved and future needs

There are 10 performance indicators and 39 evidence requirements all of which must be met.
