Information Services

Information lies at the very heart of everything we do at Staffordshire University.

At Information Services (IS), it is our job to make sure that all the library, learning skills, IT and systems support services that our students, staff, Business Villages and other customers rely upon are easily accessible and readily available.

We support learning, teaching and research. We provide a vast range of IT equipment and e-learning technologies. We teach important academic skills.

And, in addition to making it simple and straightforward to reserve and borrow items from our libraries, we make sure they’re open 24 hours a day, every day, all so you can drop in when it’s convenient.

From staffing helpdesks, to providing email, online and 24/7 telephone support for IT and library enquiries, we’re here to assist and advise.
