IT Help and Advice for students
Getting help
There is always help on hand if you are have any IT queries, we have friendly and experienced staff at the help desks who offer support on a wide range of queries including help with logging on to the computers, using email, saving work, printing, using the Internet, connecting to the University’s residential network, and using Microsoft Office® applications, e.g Word®, Excel®, PowerPoint®, Access® and Outlook®.
We'll also do our best to help with queries on more specialised subject packages, but if we cannot assist you to the level you require, your tutor or course leader will be able to provide further assistance and advice.
We also sell a wide range of IT related products, just ask the staff at the desks.
