Personnel Management

Personnel Management is responsible for providing specialist personnel and human resource management advisory services to faculties, schools and services. It also develops and implements a relevant, coherent and modern framework of employment policies and practices throughout the University.

Each member of personnel management is responsible for providing these specialist services to a number of designated departments or in relation to a specific area of work. This distribution is known as the Personnel Management Portfolio (PDF, file size: 5.58KB) , which also includes Equality and Diversity Equality and Diversity Portfolios (PDF, file size: 5.47KB)  

Personnel Management is also responsible for delivering the human resource strategy and associated programmes of work.
