Right Corecare operates a freephone helpline which provides unlimited access to a confidential advice, information and counselling referral service designed to help individuals deal with a range of problems which may affect their personal lives or performance at work.

The helpline service provided by Right Corecare, a professional counselling organisation, is available to you with immediate effect, and is free of charge to Staffordshire University's employees.

The freephone number needed to access our service is shown above. You can also find it on the wallet card included in the information pack that you have been given. Please keep this card within easy reach - it will allow you to access our service at any time of the day or night.
