Systems Support Team
This team provides a comprehensive payroll service, including the processing of staff salaries, the processing of a pensioners’ payroll and payments to a diverse range of associated employees and visiting staff.
It is also responsible for updating individuals’ personal information on the personnel database and creating management reports and ad-hoc statistical information.
Pay day for all staff is the last Wednesday of each month. Deadlines for submission of completed payroll documentation are as follows:
- additional payments (e.g. overtime): to payroll by the 5th of the month following completion of work - contact Linda Knapper / Paula Lewis
- part-time lecturers claims: to department by the 5th of the month following completion of work - contact Cynthia Cooper
- fixed-term claims: to payroll by the penultimate Friday prior to payday - contact Jayne Brannigan.

Pay day
Payroll payments to all staff are made on the last Wednesday of each month.
Payroll submission dates
The following dates are applied for the submission of payroll documentation to be paid the following payroll cycle:
- Additional payments (eg overtime): to Payroll by the 5th of the month following completion of work
- Part-time Lecturers Claims: to Department by the 5th of the month following completion of work
- Fixed Term Claims (APT &C staff): to Payroll by the penultimate Friday prior to payday.
