Systems Support Team

This team provides a comprehensive payroll service, including the processing of staff salaries, the processing of a pensioners’ payroll and payments to a diverse range of associated employees and visiting staff.

It is also responsible for updating individuals’ personal information on the personnel database and creating management reports and ad-hoc statistical information.

Pay day for all staff is the last Wednesday of each month. Deadlines for submission of completed payroll documentation are as follows:

• additional payments (e.g. overtime): to payroll by the 5th of the month following completion of work - contact Linda Knapper / Paula Lewis
• part-time lecturers claims: to department by the 5th of the month following completion of work - contact Cynthia Cooper
• fixed-term claims: to payroll by the penultimate Friday prior to payday - contact Jayne Brannigan.

Payroll payments to all staff are made on the last Wednesday of each month.
