These forms should be downloaded, completed, signed and returned to internships@staffs.ac.uk.

Your application will be acknowledged and we will start the process of matching graduates to your project brief.  Once matched we will notify you and send the details of up to three graduates for you to select.

Further forms will then be sent to you to complete which, once received and approved, will allow us to send payment of £1000 as the wage subsidy.
