Come on campus and recruit students for part time and vacation work

We have over 19,000 students studying at Staffordshire University, the Student Job Fairs are an ideal opportunity for you to recruit students into any of the following types of work:
Part time, local opportunities
Seasonal/holiday jobs
Casual work
Summer projects/internships for students
Course related work experience

Space is offered free of charge. We also offer a limited number of sponsorship options. By sponsoring a Fair, you can raise the profile of your company to students and business, as well as select your stand location. Full details are on the booking form. What we will provide (FREE of charge)
A table for you to display your literature, 2 chairs, space for 2 people and space for one pull up type exhibition stand if you want to bring one. And lots of students needing part time work!
What you need to provide
Your own staff (2 max please), details of your vacancies (you can bring application forms ready to give out), any other company promotional material.
All companies attending will need to complete a booking form, AND inform the JobShop of the vacancies, so that we can arrange for these to be advertised to students in time. The booking form will detail how you can send these details.
How much can students work?
The University JobShop will recommend students work 16 hours or less during term time and they can work up to full time during vacation period. We do ask employers to be mindful of their academic commitments when recruiting. Kathy England, JobShop Manager can give you advice on how to recruit students for part time and vacation work.
