About the Security course
This course prepares students to take the SNRS and SNPA exams which form part of the Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP) certification. A CCSP validates an individual’s network security skills at the mid-career level. Candidates who pass the required exams will receive a CCSP certificate from Cisco and may display the CCSP designation on business cards or use the letters after their name.
Overall, the Cisco certification authenticates an individual’s achievement, so it increases the holder’s professional credibility by ensuring high standards of expertise. In particular, the CCSP certification indicates advanced knowledge of securing and managing Cisco network infrastructures to protect productivity and reduce costs. .
Who is the course for?
Students should have completed CCNA4 of the Network
Academy Programme or
hold a current CCNA certification (Also see: who can
