What our students say

"The HNC taught me to think differently, it made me see the bigger picture, and totally changed my perceptions and how I think about issues. Throughout the course I received lots of encouragement from all the lecturers.... Part-time is the way forward if you want to earn a living and study at the same time, Staffs Uni has great lecturers, good facilities and most of all - you develop friendships with a diverse range of mature students (something you wouldn't get full time)."

Jayne Rigby (HNC student who also completed the top-up degree in Business Management)

Other student comments indicate the following:

The HNC has given a better understanding of strategic issues ... A more informed view of economics, social and financial elements of business ... Opened up opportunities for promotion ... improved self-confidence ... better time-management skills.
