More about the faculty.
Lloyd de Boltz-Miller, who studied BSc(Hons) Motorsport Technology, World solo 24 hour karting record holder said: “My degree set me forward when pushing on with the task of breaking the world record. I learnt different skills and principles in the different modules on the course and, being the racing team manager, these really helped. I couldn’t have achieved the record without them. My degree has been fundamental.”
Lloyd covered an extra 137km on top of the previous distance, setting a total of 1,289.12km (801.38miles) in 24 hours at Whilton Mill Kart Track in Northamptonshire. He completed 1151 laps.
