Certificate of Credit
What it's about
Partnership Working explores the issues and problems associated with the development of strategic relationships with communities, organisations and within partnerships. The issues that will be addressed include an exploration of what constitutes partnership, obstacles to effective collaboration and possible solutions to these problems. In defining partnership, areas that will be explored include multi-agency and multi-disciplinary working as well as building formal and informal relationships with key groups. We will also look at the obstacles to effective working, including the difficulties associated with understanding the objectives of partners, multi-skilling, different professional perspectives on objectives and conflict within partnerships.
The course is designed for anyone who has an interest in multi-agency working for service delivery.
