What it's about
Project Cycle Management explores key issues in the planning, implementation and evaluation of projects. The module begins with an examination of the project cycle management approach. Particular emphasis is given to the involvement of communities and key partners in the development of strategies in community regeneration processes. You will consider practical solutions to the challenges of project development and delivery and have the opportunity to assess a variety of tools and participatory evaluation techniques.
The course is designed for anyone who works in the voluntary, community or statutory sectors or who is interested in the development and delivery of community-based projects.

The course runs over 3 days:
Wednesday 14th March 2012 9.30am - 4.30pm
Wednesday 18th April 2012 9.30am - 4.30pm
Wednesday 9th May 2012 9.30am - 4.30pm
