Course Details

This one day course will aim to provide details of microbiology infections and their route of infection, infectivity, different hazard groups and treatment.  It will discuss risk and laboratory precautions and guidance for safe specimen handling.  It will be of particular relevance for all pathology staff who handle specimens including reception staff and staff from all disciplines other than microbiology.
