Faculty HELLO Pages (IMPORTANT)
In your Welcome Letter it details your Faculty and Award (course). Please click on your Faculty below to find information about where you need to go on your first day, details about your pre-arrival activity (for on campus students), Award Handbook, Course information and more information specifically about your Faculty.

UK Full time Undergraduate and Postgraduate

If you are going to be studying full time and are a home student, you will have hopefully received a copy of the Step-by-Step guide (PDF, file size: 4.16MB) , which will have explained much of what you need, what support we can offer you and what to expect during the first few weeks.
UK Part time Undergraduate and Postgraduate

If you are going to be studying part time on campus, you will be receiving a copy of the Step-by-Step guide for part time students. (PDF, file size: 511.12KB)
Students studying at Partner Institutions in the UK

If you are going to be studying at one of our partner institutions in the UK you will be able to access a variety of University resources online to help you with your studies. For more detailed information please see the Partnerships Need to Know guide.
Full time International

If you are an International Student, you will hopefully have received a similar guide from International Student Support.
Please go to International Student Support web pages for more detailed information specifically for International Students. You can then come back to this site and click on either Full time Undergraduate and Postgraduate, Part time Undergraduate and Postgraduate or Distance Learning. This is specifically for UK students but most of the information will still be relevant for you.
Distance Learning

If you are going to be studying as a Distance Learning student, you will also be receiving a copy of the Step-by-Step guide for part time students (PDF, file size: 511.12KB) via email.
