Changing Awards

If you are considering changing your award you will need to discuss this with your personal tutor and/or award leader. Although there is some flexiblity for change within the award framework, there are also limitations.
Your tutor will need to be sure that you have met, or will be able to meet, the learning outcomes of your new award before any decision to allow you to change is made.
Generally, the earlier you make the decision to change award, the easier it is. By your third or final year, it is much more difficult to change direction.
