Whether you are entertaining visitors, require a working lunch or simply in need of refreshments, Food for Thought has the one stopsolution to all of your hospitality catering requirements at Staffordshire University.
We are passionate about using the finest ethical ingredients possible to bring you good food and drink; quality is at the core of our business in every aspect of the following product and service we provide:
Delivery service; we will deliver your catering order to you at your desired location at the requested time; please do let usknow any special requirements e.g. Set up before meetings etc and specific dietary requirements.
Function catering; when required we can supply fully trained staff and equipment to serve the catering order, for that extra special experience.
We provide an extensive range of Fairtrade Products, including tea, coffee, sugar and fruit juice and our meat, fruit and vegetable products are Red Tractor certified.
We have an extensive choice of menus to suit every taste and budget and are able to create specifically tailored menus to meet your requirements. Alongside this we also operate a meal voucher system which allows your guests to use any one of our facilities throughout campus giving flexibility in terms of choice and budget.
Our hospitality menus have been themed around the Potteries; we hope you have as much fun sampling them as we did creating them.Enjoy!

Additional Information For External Functions & Events
- VAT is applicable to all prices for external bookings.
- Invoices will be based on final numbers ordered in advance.
- Final numbers are required 5 days prior to the event.
- A deposit of £100.00 will be required when confirming a booking.
- Balance of account to be paid 1 week prior to the function.
- Should you wish to bring your own wine, a corkage charge of £5.00 plus VAT per bottle will be levied to your final bill.
- We would be grateful of advance notice for special diets, so that a suitable dish can be offered as an alternative
