Students based at the Lichfield site
If you are a Staffordshire University student and you are based at the Lichfield site, you can use the University Counselling service at Stoke or Stafford.
To make an appointment to see a counsellor at the University's Stoke or Stafford site, contact our reception by phone or email.
To access the service you do not have to inform tutors or any other member of staff within your faculty; you may, of course, want to talk with tutors or other staff about any difficulties you are experiencing.
Students based at the Shrewsbury site
If you are based at the Shrewsbury site, the Faculty of Health has arranged for its students to access counselling provided locally by the NHS, and you can make an appointment to see a counsellor by telephoning 01743 356057 (Monday to Friday, office hours). You can arrange appointment times to fit in with you and the sessions are held at venues other than the Faculty building.
In addition to this service, you can access the University’s Counselling service based at the Stafford and Stoke sites. To make an appointment to see a counsellor at the University's Stoke or Stafford site, contact our reception by phone or email.
