Download relaxation audio files

The following audio tracks are free to listen to and download.  They were recorded by a Counsellor at Loughborough University who talks through a number of simple relaxation exercises that you can perform yourself to help you relax.  Please be careful not to listen to these exercises whilst driving or undertaking any activity where loss of concentration may endanger yourself or others.
