Changes
Changes is a mental health charity that provides a recovery service for people in mental distress, based on users attending weekly mutual-help groups and following a 12 step recovery programme.

Chinese Mental Health Association

The Chinese Mental Health Association offers a helpline called `Wah Sum` that is dedicated to serving the Chinese community throughout the UK. This is a confidential helpline run by experienced tri-lingual (Cantonese, Mandarin and English) workers and volunteers. The helpline offers emotional support, information and advice to callers.

Self-injury Support
The Self-injury support website has lots of information about self-harm and also provides information on support groups and helplines throughout the Country.
The Echo Group is based in Stoke on Trent and provides support and information for people (male and female) who have experienced self harm aged 18 and above. They provide a group and drop-in session. For further information contact the Echo Group on 01782 683192.

The Muslim Youth Helpline

The Muslim Youth Helpline (MYH) is a registered charity which provides pioneering faith and culturally sensitve services to Muslim youth in the UK. It is aimed at 16-25 year olds. They provide a free and confidential counselling service available nationally via the telephone, email, internet and a face to face befriending service in the Greater London area. The service uses male and female volunteers trained in basic counselling skills to respond to client enquiries. MYH also runs an interactive peer support site.

Family Mediation Services offer mediation to divorced, divorcing or separating parents to help them resolve disputes or potential disputes, particularly about their children, but including other issues such as financial or property. Legal Aid may be available to pay for mediation. The Family Mediation Service is a national organisation.
