Buildings and Estates managing Staffordshire University's Property Portfolio

Buildings and Estates is responsible for the management of the University’s land and buildings at Stoke-on-Trent (College Road and Leek Road Campuses) and Stafford (Beaconside and Blackheath Lane Campuses).   The University also has a Campus at Lichfield and occupies NHS property at Telford, Shrewsbury and Oswestry.   It is responsible for:

  • Management of the capital building programme  
  • Development and management of the planned maintenance programme and day to day reactive maintenance 
  • Provision of infrastructure and utility services to all buildings  
  • Maintenance of grounds including hard and soft landscaping and sports pitches 
  • Promotion of energy conservation and a sustainable environment
  • Management of data relating to the estate
