An innovative range of courses
Studying in the Faculty of Arts, Media and Design provides students with an up-to-date, relevant and dynamic learning experience.
We offer a broad portfolio of courses including “return to learn” pre-entry awards; full-time and part-time undergraduate degree programmes; postgraduate taught Masters and research MPhils and PhDs; and also Continuing Professional Development short courses.
A wide choice of subjects are available ranging from media courses eg Journalism, Broadcast Journalism, Film, Television and Radio Studies through to a full programme of practice-based art and design awards, including Ceramics, Fine Art, Graphics, Surface Pattern, Photography and Animation. Critical and contextual approaches to arts, media and design are also offered through awards such as English Literature, Creative Writing, Drama, Performance and Theatre Arts, History, Philosophy and Product Innovation.
