Staffordshire University Business School (SUBS) Working Paper Series

Research conducted within SUBS, by both its staff and its considerable research studentship, covers a wide range of themes and topics. This working paper series offers colleagues the opportunity to submit their ‘working’ research in business and management for early publication that affords their work an initial outlet and communication with other interested parties. This gives researchers an opportunity to connect to others both internally and externally to the Business School, and Staffordshire University. This should engender useful feedback in their developing their research. The Business School Working Paper Series can be a positive platform from which to launch one’s research interests.

SUBS Working Paper Series therefore seeks to: raise the awareness of the School’s research in business and management, offer a forum for discussion, and provide a growing source of easily accessible research findings for both academician and practitioner alike.

How to Submit a Paper

Submission to the Working Paper Series is sought from SUBS staff members and research studentship. In the first instance please forward a pdf copy to both editors (see below). The editors will review and consider your paper for suitability. Feedback from the editorship will be to accept without any major amendments or to make various recommendations on its future suitability. Papers should be in a usual stylistic format. For example: Times New Roman; 12pt size; 1.5 line spacing; Harvard Referencing Style.

The copyright of any published papers on SUBS Working Paper Series remains with the author(s).
