Success for Faculty Graduate in the 2009 Imperial War Museum Film Festival

Jakub Jedrezejewski Film Production Technology in TV studio

Film Technology 2009 graduate Jakub Jedrzejewski was entered by the faculty for the Imperial War Museum's best historical documentary competition. He has scooped second prize in the National Award which is fantastic news. Viewings take place over the holidays so if anyone is braving the snows to go to London do pop along to the Film festival at the London museum.

This is a real first for the BSc Hons Film Technology Award at Stafford in a competition which is judged by Sky's History Channel, Prime Focus and October Films, and as such the University through Jakub will be on show at the Imperial War Museum this winter. A big well done all round!

The winning entries will be shown in one 48 minute programme at 2.00pm, 3.00pm and 4.00pm on the following days in December and January 2010: 21-23 December 2009; 2-10 January 2010.
