Could you rent a room to an EU student?

The Faculty has a number of EU students studying here for one month to one semester.  The students are from a number of Universities including three in Paris EFREI École FRançaise d'Électronique et d'Informatique (95 students will be arriving in late March) EPITA École Pour l’Informatique et les Techniques Avancées (January 16 French students) both in Paris, from ECTEI Ecole Centrale des Techniques de l’Environnement Industriel (53 students in May) etc.  They come to study Computing, Engineering, Business IT and/or English and they prefer to stay with local families rather than in University accommodation.
