The module will provide a good understanding of how to use finite element analysis (FEA) to solve advanced structural problems. Using ANSYS FEA software you will consider software operation (meshing, element types, boundary conditions and post processing) to solve problems in stress analysis, vibration, frequency analysis, optimization methods and nonlinear behaviour of materials.
