Facilities and Labs

Within the Faculty of Health many specialist facilities are available. These are often utilised not only by our students but by WBL and CPD course provision to external customers. They also provide the backup to our consultancy and services to business provision.

Biomechanics

The state of the art biomechanics Laboratory serves a number of functions, which includes supporting the teaching modules at various levels (UG and PG), student project/internship, dissertations and finally postgraduate and staff research. Read more about Biomechanics »

Our newly renovated facility has state-of-the-art facilities for the innovative use of qualitative data collection and analysis technology for the teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate research methods and for a range of research projects. Skills labs

Within the Faculty of Health there are a number skills laboratories, at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, at Stafford and Stoke campuses. The laboratories are used for pre-registration and post registration courses and social work and advice studies. Read more about Skills labs »
