Family Welfare & Work - Advisers' Workshop
The Law School and University have hosted the bi-annual 'Work & Welfare' conference since 1997. Information about the last event Family Welfare & Migration in April 2009, including the programme, speakers, papers, 'briefings' for the workshops (on family welfare in the morning, and migration status barriers to support in the afternoon), speakers' papers, and supporting materials and articles, is provided on the conference site. Advice organisations, lawyers, academics, researchers, and the general public have free access. Information about the research project and survey 'Barriers to Family Support: Child Tax Credit' and a questionnaire for organisations, advisers, and lawyers who would like to assist the research, is also provided (see Family Welfare & Work and CTC Survey').
