1. Next steps

What it's about

If your organisation is thinking of introducing or extending its use of alternative working patterns then our “Next steps” document will be a useful guide for you. It will show you which stages you need to work through to successfully introduce a flexible working package for all employees. This document is also included in our Final Report that was sent to all institutions under HEFCE in December 2003.
