About the team
The FEO team currently has four members, who are based at Staffordshire University. All work part-time on the project, and make full use of flexible working to balance their commitments at work and home.

About Jill Scott
Jill has a BA Degree in Modern European Studies from Bristol University, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, and a Masters in Business Administration. She has worked in a variety of higher education institutions for more than 20 years, and has most recently transferred from the Graduate School at Staffordshire University.

About Alison Hunt
Alison has a BA Hons degree in Library and Information Studies from Loughborough University of Technology, acquiring chartered status within the Library Association soon after graduating. She has worked for several years in public library management. After a career break to manage family life, Alison came to work part-time at Staffordshire University for the Library and Learning Resources Service, before transferring to the FEO team.

Clare Ridgley
The FEO project team is led by Clare Ridgley. Clare has overall responsibility for the project and reports to the project's partners and funding body.

About Clare Ridgley
Having obtained a BSc Hons in Technology and Management Science at the University of Bradford, she went on to gain a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Clare has over 12 years experience within the field of personnel in both the public and private sectors.
