Analytical Services

The highly-qualified team at our Analytical Centre can provide comprehensive analysis of a vast range of objects and substances using the latest equipment including gas (GC) and liquid (HPLC) chromatography, mass spectrometry (GC/MS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and atomic absorption, both flame (FAAS) and graphite furnace (GFAAS). We also have access to a scanning electron microscope (SEM) with qualitative X-ray analysis (EDX).

We’ve worked with organisations of all kinds - from government departments to local small businesses. At present we mainly deal with health and safety consultants, analysing COSHH monitoring samples for both local and regional consultancy firms, and the construction industry.
