Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs) provide an outstanding opportunity to accelerate your career. As a KTP Associate (that's what we call our graduate partners) you will manage a challenging project  central to the development needs of a business or public- / third - sector organisation. These range from I.T projects aiming to develop new MIS systems, to marketing or design projects looking to take a company in a new direction or re-vamp its image, to projects in public sector settings including Primary Care Trusts and local authorities.

With around 400 new vacancies nationwide every year and with excellent starting salaries, fantastic prospects and an opportunity to make a significant difference in a private or public sector setting... are you ready to be extraordinary?

What we're looking for

Our KTP Associates are / have:

  • recently qualified (within 3 years) with at least a 2:1 degree
  • highly motivated and committed both to the project and to the goals of the host organisation
  • work experience relevant to the project setting would be an advantage 

We need qualified and motivated graduates in a wide range of disciplines, from electronic engineering to health psychology.
