One popular solution may be a government-sponsored Knowledge Transfer Partnership. This involves one of our graduates working within your team, but also ‘project managing’ the use of whatever University resources you may require. As well as bringing a fresh perspective to your organisation, it also gives you the chance to work alongside academics without taking your focus away from other areas of your business.

A KTP can last from between 1 and 3 three years and cover a range of projects from product development to designing and implementing management information systems.
