Problems
The objective of the problem page is to encourage the sharing of awareness of the ways in which disputes arise and grow and of good practice in dealing with them.
Please make sure that if you send in a 'problem' identifying details have been removed or changed to protect the confidentiality of individuals. Responsibility for ensuring that has been done rests with the sender and the sender's institution or student union.
Problems and comments on problems will be 'posted' as soon as possible. The project team reserves the right to make minor changes in wording but we shall discuss with you any revision we think advisable before a problem or comment is put up on this website.
