Your fees include International Welcome Week activities and a free bedding pack with duvet and sheets if you are going into our student accommodation. On arrival you’ll also be set up with your email account and can make full use of our IT and library facilities.
If you’re an international fee-payer, you’ll need to pay a deposit to secure your place.
Full-time, on-campus courses: £3,500
Sponsored students: No deposit required – please send your sponsorship letter
Blended learning LPC: £500
Distance learning: No deposit required

Your deposit is a non-refundable commitment to study at Staffordshire University. If you require a Tier 4 visa, we won’t be able to start processing your CAS until your deposit has been received and cleared by our bank. Please note that this can take 3-5 working days after the date of payment.

On arrival at the University, you’ll need to pay 50% of your annual tuition fee (this includes any payments already received i.e. £3,500 deposit) before you can enrol on your course. Please be aware that it can take a couple of weeks to open a UK bank account because of security checks, so you should make sure that you have access to the appropriate funds on arrival at the University.

September 2019 entrants: 30 November 2019
Please note: If you’ve been awarded a scholarship or any discounts, these will be deducted from the total tuition fees.

An early payment discount of £500 is applicable to students who pay their full fees before or at enrolment.
Our Alumni students will be able to claim a discount of 15%.

You can make payments through our secure online payment portal.
You’ll be asked for your reference number to verify your identity. After enrolment, when paying the balance of your fees, you can use your student number or an invoice number to prove your identity.
IMPORTANT: If you send a payment directly to the University, please include your full name and your reference number with the payment. Unidentified payments cannot be credited to your account.
Please note that your CAS will not be issued until your initial deposit of £3,500 has been processed. It can take approximately three days to process your payment once received by the Finance department.
