As you have used the Hera tool for job evaluations would it be possible for you to provide me with the current scores (A, B, C) for all live job roles with in your University, Specifically for Hera question 43 under Section 12 Team Development.

If this is not possible would you please supply me with the current scores for non-academic roles, such as cleaners, care takers, security officers, secretary's, drivers, postal workers.
Having considered the information you requested in the second paragraph of your email, I have to advise you that to review all the HERA records in order to provide this information to you would take us over the current fees limit. On this basis, we are therefore unable to supply this information.
