9 April 201412 May 20149 April 2014We are seeking information on higher education institutions use of related companies such as wholly or part-owned subsidiaries and joint ventures, or use of partnerships with other companies, in order to deliver education services. We have structured our questions in a short survey here:

For the avoidance of doubt, this inquiry does not relate either to spin-out companies to commercialise research or to higher education institutions validation arrangements, but to companies used to deliver education services in the form of teaching or training.
The questions within the survey were not applicable as we do not have a separate company used to deliver education services.
