With their first collection inspired by wallpapers discovered at Stafford’s Ancient High House, the company produces heritage-inspired designs with a contemporary twist.

A surface pattern and textile surfaces specialist, SPoTS atelier produces authentic hand dyed and embellished fabrics, painted surfaces and exquisite, hand-crafted work for the fashion industry.

Intelligent Orthopaedics Limited

Formed in 2005, Intelligent Orthopaedics Limited specialises in the design, development and manufacture of orthopaedic trauma devices for treating and reducing fractures of the tibia.

Spectral-360® is a breakthrough technology which emulates human vision to detect objects in the presence of severe lighting/imaging conditions. It can create a précis of massive CCTV footage automatically identifying significant events.

Grand Independent develops, produces and distributes ground-breaking, award-winning films with some of the most innovative international writers and directors. Their projects are filmmaker driven, with a clear idea of audience – whether that be mainstream or specialised with a strong commercial focus.

AVA Technologies

AVA (Adaptive Video Analytics) has developed a unique software algorithm aimed at the video analytics market. The software works by detecting objects that can be used to produce real time image sequences for a variety of sectors. AVA has been set up by a team from the Faculty of Computing, Engineering and Science.
