For me Staffordshire University is THE place to study journalism.
The facilities and standard of tutoring are second to none, but the thing that sets it apart from the rest is the honest and constructive feedback you get from the tutors.
They're always happy to give you one to one advice, and concisely and clearly educate you as to how you can improve. Without the support and advice I had from the tutors, there's no way I could have developed my skills in the way that I have.
If someone had told me I'd be presenting on national television on Setanta Sports News, little over a year after completing the course, I would have thought they were joking. It's down to the journalism course at Staffordshire University that I've been able to achieve that.
