By Josh Hoare: Stoke City boss Tony Pulis hopes his side can go one better than last year and make the FA Cup semi-finals.
The Potters face West Ham at the Britannia Stadium in the quarter-finals of this season’s competition on Sunday, and Pulis says he hopes home advantage can work in their favour.
“We are unbeaten in our last six games at the Brit, we now have the chance to play in front of our supporters, West Ham had a very vocal Upton Park last week, come this Sunday our place will be rocking, ” he told Staffs Live.

By Louise Bawden: Stoke City boss Tony Pulis has signed Aston Villa striker John Carew on loan.
The Potters have the 31-year-old until the end of the season.
Carew is out of contract in the summer and with Villa’s signing of £18 million Darren Bent, he looks to have fallen further down the pecking order at Villa Park.
The Norwegian international underwent a medical yesterday and signed this morning (January 21).
