Five Aspects of Enterprise Education as 'Project Management'

Quality Control, Improvement and Assurance
The attached worked really well with an AS Business Studies group for a series of two double lessons on Quality Management, JIT etc.

I gave the students the complaint letter and report brief during the first lesson as a guide for independent research. The students continued their research for homework, then wrote their reports during the second double lesson. At the beginning of the second session I gave the students the self assessment sheet with the expectations for the different levels of attainment. I also gave each student an individual target. Before they handed in the report they rated their own attainment against the levels. All students were able to accurately identify the level they were working at and without exception each student improved the standard of their written work and achieved their target grade.
