IESR has a registered Low Carbon Consultant who is backed by a team with developing expertise in this area.

It is able to supply research and consultancy services relating to low carbon impacts and energy efficiency (including carbon foot-printing and off-setting); energy surveys; product development and environmental impact assessment through life cycle analysis.

The Renewable Energy Supply Chain Opportunities (RESCO) programme has been established to provide businesses in the West Midlands with the support they need to enter or expand into the supply chain markets of low carbon and renewable energy technologies.

The Renewable Energies Transfer System (RETS) aims to improve the knowledge and competencies of local and regional policymakers in renewable energy systems, and by doing so facilitate a greater deployment of effective renewable energy policies at local and regional levels.
