Cognitive Suite

The conitive suite of laboratories is a purpose built set of 5 rooms used for research. Each room has a networked computer with access to specialised cognitive psychology software and hardware packages. The rooms may also be used to conduct research using written questionnaires and interviews.

Observation Lab

The observation laboratory is a large room set up with two video cameras, which are remotely operated from the attached video editing room. Research carried out in this room takes many forms, such as focus groups, interviews, behavioural observations and presentations. However, the cameras are optional and you may simply like to use the room for participants completing questionnaires.

The lab timetables for the rooms are located on the shared Q Drive, which can be access from any networked student computer at the university.
