Biological Analysis

  • General biological analysis for micro-organisms: (Light microscopy to determine presence/absence of live/dead bacteria, diatoms, protozoa, nematodes, helminths)
  • Total bacteria, yeast and mould colony count at 22C and 37C. Isolation and enumeration
  • Total coliform. Escherichia coli. Colony counts at 22C and 37C
  • Faecal streptococci. Isolation, enumeration and confirmation
  • Sulphite reducing Clostridia and Clostridium perfringens. Isolation, enumeration and confirmation
  • Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Isolation, enumeration and confirmation
  • Salmonellae. Isolation, enumeration and confirmation
