Discover Stoke-on-Trent

Stoke-on-Trent has the shops, supermarkets, bars, and eateries for every taste and budget. Not to mention great people. The city is in the middle of a regeneration project benefitting from some great improvements. It's also in the middle of everything. So exploring outside of the city is easy too.

Brand new in 2016, the Hive offers a great indoor/outdoor dining experience boasting the likes of Nando's, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Chiquito and Coast to Coast to name just a few. Plus, you can finish off the night with a film at the brand new Cineworld.

If you love to shop, then the Intu Potteries Centre won't let you down. Full of the biggest retailers including Topshop/Topman, River Island, H&M, New Look/Men, JD, Dorothy Perkins, Primark, Schuh and tons more.

Piccadilly is the place to be in Hanley at the moment. Popular for its quirky coffee shops such as Teaspoon (Tsp.) and RAWR Juice and Superfood Bar. Also well known for its independent men's designer clothing retails including Infinities, Pockets and Entrepreneurs.

Unwind, read in peace or soak up the summer sun in Hanley Park. Just a short stroll from campus the park offers 63 wonderful acres of land and a picturesque lake to set the scene perfectly for your relaxing afternoon.

Great to finally see some investment in modernising the city for the future ❤ @Regenerate_SOT @StaffsUni @StokeUniQ @SoTCityCouncil
