How to Apply for Accommodation

You will be able to submit an application for accommodation as soon as you have accepted an unconditional or conditional place on a full time course at Staffordshire University.  Every step of the Accommodation process from application to check-in is managed online and by email.

• Please note that the application forms for:

• Legal Practice Course are now available

• general Postgraduate and Pre-sessional English programmes are not currently available - we apologise for the delay in releasing these.

• Offers of accommodation will be made on a strictly 'first come first served' basis - this will be managed in date order of receipt of application.  Therefore it is important that you apply as soon as you recieve a conditional or unconditional offer.

• Students who have firmly accepted an unconditional offer at Staffordshire University will be prioritised.  For most students this will be after your examination results have been published in July or August.

• Students who have an insurance choice will be offered accommodation based on availability or will be give assistance in securing private rented accommodation locally.

• When an offer of accommodation has been made to you, you will required to accept/reject the offer within seven days.

When paying the balance University Financial Services offer students, parents or any third party the following payment options:

• Pay full amount in advance of arrival to benefit from 5% discount.

• Termly instalments via recuring card payment using debit/credit card.  Payment dates October, January & April (1st instalment less £250)
