What we offerSurprisingly for our city location, much of our accommodation opens out onto gardens, fields, or intimate courtyards. Outside space with built in furniture, fairy lights, beanbags, pizza ovens, fire pits and electric points for music make it the perfect all year round space to enjoy.
Whether you’re excited about moving out or a little nervous, we know you’ll settle in quickly and the experiences you get and friends you make will stay with you for life.
You'll find our famously friendly community spirit everywhere on campus, but it really comes to life in our accommodation. Not one to forget our roots, we've named all of our halls after the potters and manufacturers that made this city and community what it is. Now it's all yours to explore. Included with all of our Stoke accommodation is internet access, utility bills, up to £5000 contents insurance, and access to all of our Residence Life events - all for no extra cost!
Our contract length is 39 weeks, from moving-in day through to the following June. There's no need to move out over any semester breaks.
ResLife is at the heart of everything we do. We run events, drop in sessions, and workshops to make your time on campus the best it can be. ResLife really is how you experience your time in University Accommodation here at Staffordshire University.

The total Licence Fee for the 2018 / 2019 Academic Year will be announced soon.
The total Licence Fee is up to a maximum of 39 weeks, and is what you will be responsible for regardless of how long you choose to stay with us. All of our Stoke-on-Trent Licence Fees include internet access, insurance, and utility bills.
*House 2/3 is a combined house, meaning that it is shared between 12 people. This means that the kitchen and living facilities are larger.
