About the Student Information Centres
There are two Information Centres; one in the Flaxman Building, College Road, Stoke and one in the Beacon Building, Beaconside, Stafford. Our professional, friendly support staff are available to help you with any aspect of your student life. If they don't have the answer to your query, they will point you in the right direction for help.

8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday
8:30am - 4:30pm Friday
Examinations and Graduation
Examinations and Graduation is primarily responsible for the conduct of University examination and coordinating the University award ceremonies. It also issues certificates and transcripts to students completing University awards. Read more about Examinations and Graduation »
Student Records
Student Records holds the details of all students registered at the University. They are responsible for enrolment, bursaries, bank letters, Council Tax exemption letters, visa letters, general attendance letters, term dates, liaison with Local Authorities, Student Finance England and Student Loan Company, maintenance of the student record database and reference requests. E-Enrolment
