Enrolment

Whether you’re a new or returning student, you must complete the online enrolment. This will start you on the process to becoming an official Staffordshire University student.

When your course is ready for you to complete your enrolment, you will receive a separate email with your enrolment invitation. These invitations are being sent out over the course of late July and early August. Please make sure you keep checking your email account.

Complete online enrolment

Once you have received your email providing you with a username and password, you need to visit e:VisionStaffs (our student portal) and follow the steps to complete online enrolment. Don’t worry, it only takes about 15 minutes. All students, new and returning, need to complete this step.

ENROL NOW

Face-to-face enrolment

If you’re a new student, once you have successfully completed online enrolment, the next stage will be face-to-face enrolment.

Face-to-face enrolment will take place virtually for most students. You will be contacted when it’s time to complete this stage and we’ll provide instructions on how it will work.  If you have any issues or concerns, please contact us via AskSaAS@staffs.ac.uk   At your face-to-face enrolment session, we'll check to ensure that you have completed all steps in the online enrolment process, and we'll verify your identity and nationality.

Students who are studying at a UK partner college, or via Distance Learning do not need to do face-to-face enrolment.  Your college will distribute your ID cards and make arrangements for your student finance to be activated (if applicable).

Continuing students who have student loans do not need to attend face-to-face enrolment to have their student finance activated. As long as you have enrolled online, we will activate your finance payments in the first week of term.

If you’ve not yet received your face-to-face enrolment invite there’s no need to worry. We’re sending these out in batches throughout September to make sure we can prioritise those students who need to completed enrolment first. Make sure to check your emails regularly (including your spam email folder) for your invite.
