Accessing your Welcome Week timetable - Unenrolled students

Introduction

You can access your personalised teaching timetable once you have enrolled onto your core and option modules.

If you haven't enrolled, you can still view Welcome Week timetables, using guest access.

Important: Your personalised timetable will be accessible once you have enrolled in e:Vision and your module allocations have been processed by the university.

1. Logging in

Select the ‘Guest’ area to see ‘Welcome Timetables’ only

Access Web timetables


 

2. Main screen

Use the Welcome Week menu to view Welcome Timetables.

Find the relevant course welcome using the 'Find' function, filter by School or choose from the list of options.

Select the week range "Welcome Week (wk7/9)".

You can also customise your report as a grid or list format.

Guide to Levels of study

  • Level 3: A Foundation Year at university - equivalent to A levels/Btecs etc

  • Level 4: First year of a Degree course, HNC/HND or FdA/FdSc

  • Level 5: Second year of a Degree course, HND or FdA/FdSc

  • Level 6: Third and final year of a Degree course

  • Level 7: Masters Level (Post Graduate)

  • Level 8: Doctorate Level (Post Graduate)
